Spring Trends for Your Life
With the arrival of Spring brings with it a feeling of renewal and coming to life. We feel lighter, more inspired and ready to take action. Here are a few of my favourite trends to incorporate into your life regardless of the season:
- Keep your head down and focus on what matters most to YOU. The minute you shift your focus away from what matters to you, is the minute you shift your energy towards comparison. And my friend, nobody ever won playing that game.
- Take time to do and eat things that you enjoy. That make you feel good. And please do so without feeling the need to feel guilty or regret.
- Step into each day knowing that you are ENOUGH period. Whatever not enough statement pops up into your head (and believe me, it does and it will), silence it and replace it with something you know you are.
- Find some light, love, laughter and gratitude for even the smallest of things in your day.
- Stop and take notice of how damn incredible you are. Extra points if you say it to yourself out loud in front of a mirror (that will really throw your subconscious off - ha ha ha).
- Wear things that you feel at your best in - because that vibe and feel-good energy will trickle into and impact every aspect of your day.
- Remind yourself that your success in life should not be measured by a number or the work you do - but by the kind of person you are and the impact you have on others.
